We recently saved a client 24% of his annual tax burden just by asking a simple question: 'Are you trading through the most tax-efficient structure?'

The answer, as is so often the case, was 'No'. Our client is the owner of a retail shop and was operating as a sole trader; his business generated annual profits of £40,000.
