I am delighted to announce that as of the 1st February 2018, O’Brien & Partners has aquired Cwmbran based accountancy firm, Griffiths Green Arnold, further solidifying our position as one of the leading accountancy firms based in South Wales.
The integration of Griffiths Green Arnold follows long and careful consideration of the impact on our clients, our workforce and the long term aims of our practice. Our expansion further enhances our specialisms and highlights our expertise in the technology required to nurture businesses through the forthcoming “Making Tax Digital” changes. Our emphasis remains on the importance of client service and we will continue active relationships between senior staff and clients.
It will be business as usual at Cwmbran, with existing Partners Kevin Davies and Lloyd Arnold remaining at the practice for the foreseeable future. Gareth Francis, Director, will be joining Kevin and Lloyd, with operational responsibility for the Cwmbran office. Gareth will be supported by one of our long serving Senior Managers, Catherine Ingram.
Already well established, servicing a multitude of businesses throughout the South East Valleys, our Cwmbran office will be replacing the pre-existing Abergavenny office which will cease to be part of O’Brien & Partners from 1st February 2018. The office will continue under the direction of Dafydd Jones, Director of the Abergavenny office, and we wish him every success in his new venture in Abergavenny.
We look forward to working with pre-existing and new clients throughout this year and will continue to offer quality service, based on our combined years of experience and clear understanding of our clients’ needs.
